Here since the beginning
One of the first studio buildings in Northeast Minneapolis. Building owners John Kremer and Jennifer Young purchased the property in 1991 and have rented studios to artists ever since, an anchor of the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District.
Built for artists to stay
Six floors of working studios above Mojo Coffee Gallery, home to over 90 painters, printmakers, sculptors, jewelers, and working art businesses. The building’s commitment is arts sustainability: studio space artists can count on.
Part of a family
Sister building to the Casket Arts campus, the Carriage House, and other artist buildings under the same ownership, a constellation of studios that keeps Northeast a place where artists work.
